HTML Editor no longer available on page with existing instances

Reinstalled all extensions as updates were available and just opened an old site to update HTML Editor styles. Editor button no longer appears in the Properties panel and DW only displays standard text areas. The button appears again if I place a new instance, but I don't want to have to replace every existing instance on the page. Is there a quick fix to re-establish missing links - presumably DW can't see the associated files for some reason.

I'd have to see one of the pages to know why it isn't allowing you to edit it.

The html editor on this page doesn't appear to have been added by our interface. It won't be recognized or editable without using our code. You would have to place a new instance. You will see the code footprint is dramatically different.
