WAecart.checkSrial is not function

I always get the message WAecartSrials is not function
I read all trades about it in forum but did not help me.
i use dreamweaver cc 2017 and have ecart 6

That line of code isn't in the latest version. So it must not be installed properly. What are you using to install the extension? I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling. Maybe even clearing your Configuration folder manually to make sure it is uninstalled.

I tested both with DMXzone and PvlIxman and made all the other steps I found in the trade.
my ecart is not last version but waecart507

You need to upgrade to eCart 6 in order to work with the latest CC versions of Dreamweaver.

in my account at the download stands is compatible with CC

It is compatible through the original Dreamweaver CC version, but not CC 2017.
