In Power Store, the default email message is

Thank you for your purchase. The following order has been processed and is awaiting shipment. Please review the information below and make sure everything is correct. Contact us immediately if you have any problems.

My pending client is not using payment processing but rather will gather information, then phone for credit card etc. Where do I find the message sent in email so I can edit?

That can be updated on the page: WA_Universal_Email/Email_Templates/receipt.php
