I'd have to debug it. Can I get a url to reproduce and FTP access?

I have three sites using the gallery that it has happened to - If I supply access to one can I apply the debug to the other two - or do you need all three info?

Give me one and we can see. I have no idea currently what the issue is, so I can't comment on how different sites would work.

It looks like your folder directory structure was updated on the site as well.

For instance on the drawings.php page on line 66 you have:

include('/home/fhlinux134/k/katharineedwards.co.uk/user/htdocs/gallery/galleries/ribbon_fullsize_lightbox/index.php');

but the actual file is located at:
/home/linweb44/k/katharineedwards.co.uk-1089853359/user/htdocs/gallery/galleries/ribbon_fullsize_lightbox/index.php

A good solution for this is to use a relative path instead and update that line to:

require('galleries/ribbon_fullsize_lightbox/index.php');

It is likely that solution will work for all of the pages and sites where it isn't working.
