Reactivation

Hi I am using ecart 4.5.2 ( I have 6 but it refused to install on my computer after a disastrous install of windows 10 and I didn't have time to get it sorted) anyway it does all I need it to until today. I came to use it but it is asking me to reactivate it but none of the serial numbers work. Where can I get a working serial number from?

Serial numbers are listed in the account you used to purchase. If it shows too many activations, they can be reset from the "all my downloads" page linked from your account.

I've tried that and only version 6 is showing. I am planning to have a go and reinstalling this version but to deal with my shipping issue I need to have this working. I think I first got ecart as part of the suite2 but that serial number doesn't work. I have a serial number written down here for ecart4 and 4.5 that doesn't work and there are no serial numbers for version4.5.2 and as I mentioned it was working until yesterday.

I've posted your eCart 4 serial number in the private area. It is listed if you go to "all my downloads" and scroll down to the archived extension area.

Once again thank you. That is what I had written down but I had o instead of 0.
