Checkout broken

About a week ago the checkout stopped working on this site. The site is loungedoctor.com and the site is using ecart and PayPal pro. The error says transaction can not be completed.

I'll need FTP access to fully debug... or at least the debug information you can get by adding this to a page and viewing the source code after a failed transaction:

php:
<?php

@session_start();
var_dump($_SESSION);
?>

I think the best first step is for you to try adding the debug information and send me the result. If I can't spot the problem then I'll need a url to reproduce the problem along with the FTP information. Right now I don't know the url of the website.

I sent the ftp information in a previous reply. Here is the url for the store. https://www.loungedoctor.com/store.html
I'm not sure what page you would want the code put in.

Add the code on the failure page after the checkout issue occurs.

I've added the code to the checkout_failure.php page. Paypal Checkout Express seems to be working fine.

Ok, well what isn't working? I'm confused.

The client said they haven't been getting any orders and when they try to purchase one of their products they get the Transaction Not Completed. I've attached a screen capture of the error message.

This is because they are using AmEx and your paypal settings aren't configured to accept AmEx... you can update that on your paypal account.

You can see the error message from Paypal on the page you have attached: "Credit card type unsupported"
