Powergallery is now crashing with a new issue

It seems as though I’m being a pain in your side! Powergallery doesn’t go to “A” now when I open it, but it does seem to have another problem that I’m not sure is related to my other website because I even tried it from another computer which was unrelated to anything else I’ve done on the site.
Every function works except when I choose a gallery and attempt to add images. At that point everything crashes and the screen has these codes:
