eway payment not showing after upgrading from PowerStore 3 to 4.5.4

Hi Webassist,

Just upgraded from PowerStore 3 (previously on PowerStore1 and 2) to PowerStore 4.5.4.

Two questions:

1) eway isn't showing as an option (only Authorize.net and PayPal). Can you please advise?

2) dynamic pages don't appear on mobile devices. Please advise how to achieve this?

3) is there anything else that I have missed here?

1) eWay should still be supported. Maybe the database wasn't updated properly in your upgrade? If you give me a url to reproduce the problem and FTP access I can take a look.

2) They should. Are you using one of the new powerstore themes? They should be updated for mobile compatibility. If you are still using an older theme it would have to be updated for mobile manually... That is something we could help with in a premier support ticket.

It looks like the current version only works for eWay when the currency is set to Australian Dollars. Are you using eWay for a US merchant? If you change the currency setting to AUD then eWay will show as an option.

I see that both of your stores are using the same database. My guess is that caused the databases to not be updated properly and that is why eWay doesn't show. I could fix this issue, but I'm afraid it might imply there are others.

Can you try a clean install of PowerStore4 into a new database? Then we can work on transferring the old data from your other installation once the tables are in place.

What page doesn't display properly on mobile? If you give me the URL I'll take a look.

The table structure for the products and order history should be similar enough so that an export of the data will work. The changes are mostly in tables like settings which you would not want to import from the previous site.

What page doesn't look like in mobile. Can I have a full url?

For some reason your template is missing this in the <head>

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

If you add that to the template it should render properly. If you give me FTP access I can add it for you.
