Installation Wizard - Can't get past Step 3 of 5 of PowerGallery install

Installation Wizard - Can't get past Step 3 of 5 of PowerGallery install

I have tried on 4 different browsers and each one results in a similar response: at Step 3 of the PowerGallery Installation Wizard, the server/host, database, username, and password are all entered correctly, however all browsers return an error page indicating that the database.php file did not send any data, or a secure connection failed, or ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.

I have uploaded all the files to my host (GoDaddy) and changed the permissions on all files to allow read/write/execute.

I have verified my server and login details using PHPMyAdmin, GoDaddy.com hosting, andMySQL Query Browser.

I am using Dreamweaver CC on a Macbook Pro running Parallels, and have tried to complete the install on both the OS side (Chrome and Firefox), and on the Windows side (Firefox and Explorer).

If you give me FTP access and a URL to reproduce I'll look into it and get it installed for you or let you know why it isn't working properly.

I'll still need the FTP server name and a URL to reproduce the problem.

I made an update that should resolve this issue. Please give it a try and let me know if you can install now.

I was able to get past step 3, but once I created the Admin Login, I got the following error:

Warning: require_once(images/installed.png): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/29/8748029/html/powergallery/admin_gallery/global.php on line 32

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'images/installed.png' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5_4/lib/php') in /home/content/29/8748029/html/powergallery/admin_gallery/global.php on line 32

Any suggestions?

Thank you for all your work on this. I was able to get it to load and upload images, however, what I was hoping this would do it allow me add multiple product photos to a product catalog detail page created in DataAssist. Right now my database driven site only allows me to show a single photo of each motorcycle we currently have for sale. I was hoping PowerGallery would let me upload several images of the same bike from different angles, and show them as thumbnails with a main image, that users could select and view in the main image section, similar to a e-commerce site, however without the shopping cart. Also, I don't upload images for our current site, I use the database to store URLs. Is there a way to do this with PowerGallery? If not, is there another product that will?

It should be possible to set this up. I could help you with it in a premier support ticket.
