Form not submitting

I'm having a problem figuring out why my form won't submit. Can you help me with this? See PM for address.

It is probably an issue with the version of the jquery library on the page not being compatible with our jquery html5 form validation scripts. If you give me FTP access I could test and verify, but that is my best guess.

You didn't have a copy of jquery ui on the page and didn't have the bloom.css on the page used for client validation. I added both of those to the template and it appears to be working now.

Great, that seems to have done it. Thanks Ray.
