all my extension stop working.

i tried to use my extension. but all of them want to activate again. any way i enter serial number. this time reject my serial numbers. i cant run any extentions. please help me. please inform me urgently. i can not working now!

Hi,

Log into your account and then navigate to your downloads (http://www.webassist.com/account/downloads.php) and then click reset activations. You will then be able to re-register your products with the original serial number.

but i dont have too many activation message. i have incorrect serial number message.

it doesnt work reset activation.

It may be an issue with ipconfig not working when trying to identify your computer. Try this:

Solution for me: add "C:\WINDOWS\system32;" to the start of my PATH environment variable, like this:

Log in with Administrator priviledges.
Right-click "My Computer" & select "Properties."
Click "Advanced" tab.
Click "Environment Variables" button.
In the "System variables" box, scroll down to "PATH" and highlight it.
Click the "Edit" button.
In the "Variable value:" box, add to the very beginning of the text "C:\WINDOWS\system32;" without my quotation marks.
Make sure you include the semicolon.
Click OK three times.

What do you see when you run this command in terminal:

ifconfig en1 | grep ether

Please post back the result. Also which product are you trying to activate and what serial number are you using? (answer in the private area)

I may need to set up a screen sharing session in order to look into this with you. Please post a US phone number or skype contact information and I can give you a call to set that up.
