how do I add security question to DataAssist insert page

I've created the DataAssist pages and the DataAssist insert page is for the public to fill out, but I don't see a way to add Security questions to the page to keep out the spammers.
I've attached the page.

I think you have to do it manually. One option would be to use form builder to add it to another blank page and copy and paste the code over to this page.

Just tried that. It didn't work at all. I have no clue how the security part works or what code to use. There are 119 lines of code on a blank page when all I add is the security question. Id never figure that out.

Why is there no option to add security to the DataAssist page? That renders the page useless.

Attach a copy of the new page that you created with Form Builder as well as the page you are trying to add it to and I'll let you know the lines of code that need to be changed.

First update the number "1" with "34" on lines 11, 56, twice on line 59, and on line 63.

Then take lines 46-70 of the new page and paste them after line 1281 of your form existing form (assuming you want the security question as the last question on the form).

Then take line 11 of the new page and paste it after line 44 of the old page.

That should do it.

No, that didn't work. I think our line numbers are off. I attached the form so that you can see what changes I made. Those changes made my insert button disappear also.

It looks like either your or I was a line off on the reference new page that you cut from. I double checked and I think my line numbers look correct, but to update your file to what I wanted...

delete the repeated </li> tag on line 1306 and add this after line 1281:

<div class="formGroup">

That didn't work. it still doesn't show the security and the insert button is still missing.

The part above when you said "(assuming you want the security question as the last question on the form)", I realized that 34 is not the last question on the form. Does that matter? I think it should be 54.
