Dynamic MySQL Connection issue

I'm using DW CC 2017 for MAC

Trying to setup an additional connection and as you can see from the screen grab, i cannot continue due to two poorly formatted/placed buttons (the '+' and lightening) on the wizard.

The pointer changes to select when i move over the buttons, however nothing can be selected.

All I can do is switch back to the primary connection tab and 'OK' it.

Any ideas please?

Thanks.

Have you reinstalled MySQLi Server Behaviors recently? I think this issue has been resolved if you reinstall.

Hi, extension manager is reporting v1.04 is installed. Matching the version in 'My Latest Purchases'.

Has there been a recent (post Feb 2017) update then?

Yes I've done a few minor bug fixes and may not have updated the version or date in order to get out the fix more quickly. Please try and let me know if it fixes the problem for you.
