Ecart 6 webinar link in the ecart6 download page is broken, how do I get to see the webinar please

As someone who purchased ecart6 some time ago, I never had a need for the webinar. However I am now coming back to it and need to refresh my memory. However the link in my ecart6 download page ../account/view_webinar.php?id=18991' takes me to the error404 page (Opsey Daisy). Has the webinar been removed or is the link just broken? Is there any other way I can view the webinar without having to purchase it?

It looks like our video server is down. I'll have to open a support ticket to get the server restarted and the link should start working. It may be a few hours.

It looks like it is back up now. That link should work.

Still unable to view Webinar.

If I use Microsoft Edge, I get the error404 page. If I use Chrome I get Adobe Connect add in not installed, I have downloaded it from the link provided and installed it but it still says it is not installed. A little frustrating, I wonder if the people who pay for it get the same hassle?

Sorry for the hassle. Try using Firefox, it seems to be the most reliable with Adobe Connect.

Thanks Ray, installing Firefox has done the trick.
