trying to replace textarea with HTML text editor.

This is the first time I have used the HTML editor. I guess I didn't realize it was there..

I am trying to replace an existing text area and getting an error message on the page when i try to access it.
The message is: Fatal error: Class 'CKEditor' not found in /home/azfolkadm/wp1.*********.com/admin/performers/addperf.php on line 156

The original code on the page was:
<div class="lineGroup">
<div class="fullColumnGroup">
<label for="Bio" class="sublabel" > Bio:</label>
<textarea name="Bio" id="Bio" class="formTextarea_Large" rows="1" cols="1" tabindex="4" title="Please enter a value"></textarea>
</div>
</div>

The updated code is:
<div class="fullColumnGroup">
<label for="Bio" class="sublabel" > Bio:</label>
<?php
// The initial value to be displayed in the editor.
$CKEditor_initialValue = "";
$CKEditor = new CKEditor();
$CKEditor->basePath = "../../webassist/ckeditor/";
$CKEditor_config = array();
$CKEditor_config["wa_preset_name"] = "No File Management";
$CKEditor_config["wa_preset_file"] = "NoFileManagement.xml";
$CKEditor_config["width"] = "100%";
$CKEditor_config["height"] = "200px";
$CKEditor_config["dialog_startupFocusTab"] = false;
$CKEditor_config["fullPage"] = false;
$CKEditor_config["tabSpaces"] = 4;
$CKEditor_config["toolbar"] = array(
array( 'Source','-','Save','NewPage','Preview','-','Templates'),
array( 'Cut','Copy','Paste','PasteText','PasteFromWord','-','Print','SpellChecker','Scayt'),
array( 'Undo','Redo','-','Find','Replace','-','SelectAll','RemoveFormat'),
array( 'Form','Checkbox','Radio','TextField','Textarea','Select','Button','ImageButton','HiddenField'),
array( 'BidiLtr','BidiRtl'),
('/'),
array( 'Bold','Italic','Underline','Strike','-','Subscript','Superscript'),
array( 'NumberedList','BulletedList','-','Outdent','Indent','Blockquote','CreateDiv'),
array( 'JustifyLeft','JustifyCenter','JustifyRight','JustifyBlock'),
array( 'Link','Unlink','Anchor'),
array( 'Image','Flash','Table','HorizontalRule','Smiley','SpecialChar','PageBreak'),
('/'),
array( 'Styles','Format','Font','FontSize'),
array( 'TextColor','BGColor'),
array( 'Maximize','ShowBlocks','-','About'));
$CKEditor_config["contentsLangDirection"] = "ltr";
$CKEditor_config["entities"] = false;
$CKEditor_config["pasteFromWordRemoveFontStyles"] = false;
$CKEditor_config["pasteFromWordRemoveStyles"] = false;
$CKEditor->editor("Bio", $CKEditor_initialValue, $CKEditor_config);
?>
</div>
</div>

Am I doing something wrong? The webassist directory and files are there ( <?php require_once("../../webassist/ckeditor/ckeditor.php"); ?>) are there on the server.
Obviously I am missing something.
Thanks
Gary.

Is the require_once code above the html editor reference? Can you attach a copy of the page for me to look at? The code you have provided is not the problem it wouldn't appear.

Yes it is above. Attached.. Thanks..

Ray.. I got it to work.. Not sure why but all worked fine when I uploaded the webassist/ckeditor/ complete directory...
I have not tested it but it shows up. no message.
