email temporary password problems

I've set up a 'create temporary password' page which generates a random password for an existing user in the database. It was working OK until I added validation to check if the email address already exists in the database. Now I keep getting the "email doesn't exist" error message when I submit the form and the update behaviour doesn't work any more. Could you possibly take a look at the code and see what I've done wrong?

You will have to copy and paste lines 70-116 and move it above your server validation code on line 11.

Since you are trying to validate the number of rows returned from the recordset, the recordset has to be above the validation.

I also had to move the update behavior but that's it working now, many thanks!
