Having a problem with captcha

I'm having a problem with captcha not recognizing the correct code. I have another form on the website that is working fine. That one uses a security question. Can't figure out why the captcha validation isn't working.

I'd need FTP access or at least a copy of the actual php page to see the code and debug this issue.

The session variable reference in the server validation was wrong. I think I fixed it, please give it another try.

Looks like it's all fixed, thanks Ray. Any idea why the server validation was wrong?

It had an _2 at the end of the session name that wasn't in the captcha setting. Not sure why it was added, but I removed it.
