FedEx Rates Issue

Ray,

We seem to be having an issue with the shipping cost produced by eCart's FedEx Shipping being grossly inflated from what the clients account says they should be, for instance a 7lb Ground Home Delivery to Vermont is being costed at $43.88 on the site but is $17.18 according to the published rate in their account.

I have included more details in the private message area.

I'm wondering if it is doing individual boxes. Can I see the php page where you have it applied. There is a setting where you can tell it to ship all items at once or individually. It is possible the charge you see is based on sending 3 separate shipments.

The code on line 102:
$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["Quantity"] = "".WA_eCart_FormatNumber($eCart->DisplayInfo('Quantity'), true, 1) ."";

should be:
$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["Quantity"] = "1";

Is that set in the wizard ?

Yes. It is a little confusing. It is the package quantity. And you are going through and setting the package weight to the cart column and there is a cart column called quantity, so it seems natural to set it to that field. But really you are only sending 1 package, so you are supposed to just type in the value "1".
