Is there a more up-to-date tutorial on creating links to sort by column headers?

I found this tutorial (http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/How-to-enable-sorting-of-dynamic-data), but it seems out of date with the current version of DW.

Secondly, am I over-simplifying this in thinking that all I should need to do is to craft a URL with the right parameters?

Thanks in advance!

The tutorial should be the same for more recent versions.

You may be over-simplifying a bit. It really depends on the complexity of the page you are creating since you might have to account for things like navigation. The steps in the tutorial should be the correct solution to account for all of the complexities that might exist in your application.

Hi Ray, the part where I got derailed is in the File dialog where there's supposed to be a Parameters button that I'm not seeing in the current version of DW.

You have to add url parameters to links manually in the latest version. That has been removed with the Database and Server behaviors functionality and isn't added back in with the extension.

You should be able to just add it manually.

Thanks, Ray. I actually added it as part of an advanced search option after circling back with the client and picking their brain a bit. Turns out they just wanted to know that they could have a way to do it. Much easier to add a drop-down to my search page. Thanks for your help!
