Suddenly site is showing errors

Hi all, i had designed a client site a while (!) ago with Power CMS and all of a sudden its not showing parts of the site and giving errors that it cannot find the files even though they are there. You can see the erros here: http://www.springrosechildcare.com. I am currently redesigning the site, but I need the current site up while Im completing that. I havent updated anything in a while so I dont know if some code became obsolete. Please help!

The error seems to clearly say the file is missing, so it isn't obsolete code. If you give me FTP access I can debug it.
