Questions about Plug-Ins

I have a page that I want to plug into another page. The plug-in page has content, head files that contain css and js files and code above doctype. The page that the plug-in is being applied too has code for the plug-in content in the body and plug-in code in the head area. I would like to know just exactly what of the plug-in page is contained in the head code.Does it contain the plug-in head files and the code above the doctype. If it just contains the head files then that means one has to copy the code above the plug-in doctype and paste it into the other page.

My other question is that I have one particular page that works fine on the remote server but doesn't work at all on my local server and I have no clue why it doesn't. I've uploaded the plug-in page and the page that I'm applying the plug to. Could you please help?

The plugged in page will add the head content to the header and body content to the location on the page where it was placed.

On your page you can see the head content from the plugin on line 15 and the body on line 18.

I'd need more information about what happens when you try to view the page that doesn't work to debug why. Since it works on the remote server that implies it may be an issue with the database connection or local server configuration.

I tried to edit the original post with the information that I had already gotten it to work on the local server, but it copied the post.

What happens to code above the doctype line on the plug-in page?

It runs on top of the page above the doctype.
