mobile verson is not working on my iphone 6

The mobile version of my clients store is not working. It shows it is working when I view in firefox and cntrl m, but on my phone it is not. I am attaching FTP Info and a screen shot from phone.

It is missing this tag:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

You should be able to add it to the header where the other meta tags are and that should fix the problem.
