Not displaying properly

Installed ok, but displaying text "010-3136x3157.jpg" which is the name of the 1st photo
The page is http://bettehurd.com/pwgallery/artist/index.php

It was some sort of permissions issue on the file that generates the css:

/galleries/flow/css/gallery.php

What I ended up doing was:
1) create a new blank file in that directory.
2) copy/paste all of the contents of the gallery.php page into the new page
3) delete the old gallery.php page and rename my new page to gallery.php

That fixed it.
