It should work with word files. Could it be the file size?

Hello Mr. Borduin thanks for your reply as always .... is there file size Limitation for file Upload , and is there any way to change it

Let's first determine if that is the problem. There are a couple of places in the php.ini where file size can be limited. Does it work with a smaller .docx file?

yes it works with smaller docx file ... and I just changed Max file upload in php.ini from 2MB to 12MB but still not works .
