Uploading images

I have a page that uploads 5 images and each image generates an additional thumbnail and icon at time of upload. The first image works perfect but the 2,3,4,5 uploads doesn't generate the thumbnails and icons but does upload the original images. I trying to find the problem I notice that when I click on the update single record server behavior the following error appears It appears that one of your server side values is improperly coded. Please check this interface for inconsistencies. Could you please help or point me in the right direction to correct this.

It looks like the images are being uploaded properly just the database field is being filled with a blank.

Figured out what I was doing wrong. Problem is corrected.

Thanks
