Javascript error

I am getting a javascript error.

I attach a zip file of the page code and a picture of the error message in the hope you can point me to the correction method.

Many thanks
John

I am just opening this file on its own in Dreamweaver to check it is working OK, before uploading.

Can I get FTP access? I'll try opening the page with the include files in place to see if I get the error as well. Have you tried clearing the filecache .dat file and restarting Dreamweaver?

The name of this page looks odd. Is this a page you created? This might be a temporary page that should have been deleted. Do you need this page?
