Page not refreshing where it should after sending form or validation fail

Hi, this is the first time I am experiencing this problem. I have a contact form in my page and mail is sending ok and validation is working. The funny thing comes here:

If server validation fails the refreshing address is index.php#contact that should refresh at the beginning of the <div id="contact"> but it refreshes at the end of the contact div. The same happens when a mail is sent, I put the instruction to refresh in the contact div so a message that the mail was sent correctly will appear, but it refreshes at the end of the contact div. This only happens in Firefox.

I am attaching the page, please help I don't know what is happening, I've recreated the behaviors five times and is really a headache because every time I apply a behavior Dreamweaver destroys all the html code and puts the php tags breaking div tags and in other parts of the page and sometimes erasing another behaviors.

Thank you
Cheers,

Daniel

I think line 6 should be:

$WAFV_Redirect = "index.php#contacto";

Hi Ray, thank you for your help, it still refreshes in the wrong part. This only happens in Firefox. I'm attaching a picture.

adding this to line 494 fixes the problem. Some of the other javascript you had running was interfering with the ability to load to the correct anchor.

if (window.location.hash) location.hash = (window.location.hash);
