formLayer.document has no properties

can you explain to me this error I cannot acitvate my product but I get this pop up

C:\Users\Martinez\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\en_US\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\Cookies\Library\Shared_Ser.js document.formLayer.document has no properties

I tried to find something on it but I cant seem to find the answer
please help

What step of the activation process are you getting this error on? Have you already entered the serial number in the box? Is it on the loading of the box? Is it when you hit activate?

For the error to popup with that line of code, it seems that you are having issues with connecting to our servers to activate the product. Do you have any firewalls or security software that would possibly prevent this connection from being made?

Yeah I ahve a firewall

Im gonna try disabling the firewall protection ot the internet for dreamweaver
and Ill get bakc to you .
basicly I am getting the error before I activate it so its possible this is the problem
I'll post back in a few minutes
