Same as Billing checkbox not populating State or Country fields?

When I click the "Same as Billing" checkbox, all of the fields are being pre-filled apart from the State and Country?

It looks like your second select list is missing "Scotland" that would prevent it from selecting the correct country if the country you selected comes after scotland because it selects it by index and the indexes won't match.

For me it works if the country I select is before scotland and it will set the state as well.

I've removed Scotland from both sides and that seems to be working now, however when I click the Checkout button it displays the "Please wait" graphic but then just reloads the checkout page?

You had an older version of framework/javascript/ajax.js that didn't match the latest version that ships with eCart. I've updated the file and it appears to have corrected the problem.
