Problems installing MySqli SB

Problems installing MySqli SB

I had to reinstall Mysqli SB due to a totally unrelated issue. Now I cannot get it to show up in the server behaviors at all. It completes the second stage downloading and installing files (or so it says). I am not sure where to check from here. BTW Databridge does something similar. It shows installing properly and the menu is on the top bar but nothing works when you click it.
Ideas?

MySQLi doesn't show in the top bar. It will only add items to the Server Behaviors panel. Have you checked there?

Yes I understand that. Mysqli is not there in the server behaviours at all.. Top bar comment was about databridge stuff (which shows up but does not work).
The strangest thing is it has worked before. May be the computer. It is pretty tightly controlled and locked down...

The installation probably failed to extract in the three step process. If you post a US phone number where I can reach you I can call and do screen sharing to help you manually extract and install the files.

Sounds good but...

You just have to manually extract the installer zip file into your users configuration folder.

That worked perfectly. Thanks.

I'm glad that works. It may have something to do with your security settings preventing the secondary installer from running properly.
