Pay Pal

Good Morning,

I am receiving the following error after I click the "check out with paypal button" on my website. I spoke with PayPal, they refreshed my account and we updated our API signature.

"Transaction Not Completed
We're sorry
Your PayPal transaction could not be completed. Please return to checkout and try again."

Can you help me fix this error? Thanks so much.

Add this code to the page with the error:

<?php
@session_start();
var_dump($_SESSION);
?>

That will dump a bunch of information onto the page including the error from paypal. That will help you (or me) figure out what is wrong.

You can just put that code on any blank page. Then after the issue occurs browse to that page.

What is the FTP IP Address or domain I should use?

I still can't connect with the FTP information provided. Are there any other settings I need to use? Do you have IP address restrictions in place that may prevent me from getting in?
