500 Error on Results page only

Hello, I have created 5 pages with DataAssist (Results, Insert, Update, Search and Details) and the results page is the only one coming back with a 500 error all other pages are working fine. I have looked at the error log and there is nothing in there regarding that file.

I have tried to add <?php ini_set('display_errors',1); ?> and got nothing. I have looked through a bunch of forum post and I can't find the answer.

Could you look at the attached file and see if you can find anything and if needed I can get you FTP access if you need to investigate further.

You haven't attached a file... but I'll probably need FTP access to debug the problem.

I can't seem to ftp into your server. What server name should I use for the ftp connection? Does it have IP restrictions in place?

Actually it seems I can't get to that url at all. Is your site down?

I've gotten access. There is code moved around and deleted from that page. I think it will be best to re-run the wizard. I could try to put it back together, but it would take more time than just re-running the wizard.

That error seems to happen occasionally with CC 2017. If it happens more often I can do screen sharing and look into it with you.

Still Not Working

Ray, I have uninstalled DataBridge and reinstalled and that got rid of the JavaScript error for now. Then I ran the wizard again and I still got the 500 error on the results page only.

I then delete the files and ran the wizard again and started getting the JavaScript errors again.

I have included the latest results page .php file. I believe there is something wrong here. I will include my phone # in PM area, if you think you need to call me

I've corrected the problem on that page.

The bottom navigation code is getting broken up in the middle and added at the top. I'm not sure why. I identified the block of code at the top that belonged at the bottom and moved it back to the correct spot.

It may have something to do with including the search page on the results page in the latest version of Dreamweaver. I'll play with it and see if I can reproduce it. Once I reproduce a problem I can get it fixed.
