I purchased a¨SSL from someone other than CafeCommerce

I purchased a¨SSL through another vendor than CafeCommerce. They have sent me all the neccesarry information to activate it, but when I attempt to do this here on CafeCommerce the information never goes through (I get a "page loading" icon after entering the information that stays there indefinitely). I have checked and rechecked with the vendor, and they are out of ideas, saying that it must be on error on this end. My page looks very dubious without a SSL, so I would appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible.

If you tell me your website url and give me your ssl information I can activate it for you. You can either post it in the private area in a reply or email it to me directly.

It looks like your purchased certificate uses a different CSR than the one on your account.

I can't register the certificate because they don't match and I don't have the private key used to produce that certificate that you sent me.

I've gone ahead and turned off SSL in the meantime to allow your site to function without causing interruption to your orders for now.

You will have to contact Dreamhost and have them generate a new certificate using the CSR I've included in the private area. Once that is done, send it to me and I'll get it installed right away.

Yes that worked. SSL is back up and running on your site.

New year, new SSL problems

Hello Ray. It is a new year, and my old certificate was due to expire. I renewed it through the same vendor as last year, it has since expired and it isn't working (like last year). I would appreciate it if I can send you my certificate + key etc. like last time and you can configure it. Don't understand why this happened again, seems like an unnecessary hassle for everyone involved.
