Dynamic shipping Rate

Hi there, I have created a dynamic shipping Rate with the following tuturial I found here (http://www.webassist.com/forums/posts.php?id=31449).
It is working correctly but there's problem with the calculation. I have tried everything but I can't find the problem. The calculation look like this (subtotal = price * quantity and shipping Rate recalculate subtotal + Rate while Grand total is alterated adding price *quantity + subtotal + Rate as resuls in the cart. For example: subtotal is $200 and shipping Rate is $10 but looks 210 so Grand total is $410 but the correct should be 210. So, what can I do to resolve this issue?

The shipping should just be the rate, not the subtotal + rate. I'd have to see the files to be sure, but that looks like the mistake from your description. If you sent a copy of the cart file I could look into it further.

I sent you a screenshot right now the value is $ 10 for the rate but it is adding the subtotal which is $45

Yes the issue is with how you defined the charge. You should not add the subtotal to the shipping charge because that basically doubles the subtotal before adding the shipping. I'd have to look at this file to see exactly what to update: WA_eCart/eCart_PHP.php

Here my shipping Rules

Your calculation should just be: Flat Rate

Not "Based on cart subtotal plus"

I follow this rule "in your shipping rule, change the static rate value to:
$_SESSION['ShipRate']' but still the same doubling the price plus Rates. What goes on space after flat rate charge where is the stactic value? $_SESSION['ShipRate']' or the variable name?
