Using MYSQLi server behaviors, I am am able to edit and delete records, but am unable to add records to the MYSQL Database. Using version 1.0.4. Anyone else running into this issue?

Using version 1.0.4. Anyone else running into this issue with simply adding a record? Upon clicking the "Insert" button I am taken to the index.php page, as specified, and the addition is not shown. Also, logging into phpmyadmin does not show the addition in the database as well.

This usually happens when required fields are omitted from the insert and the insert fails.

You can debug this by adding code after line 17:

$InsertQuery->execute();
var_dump($InsertQuery);
die();

That will show you information about the insert including any errors and should give you the information you need to make it work.
