Galleries stopped appearing on all our sites

Galleries have been working fine for a year. We made no code changes and today they all went down. Please have a look. Any help to restore would be appreciated. Attaching URLs and FTP creds. Thank you
PS A clue here may be our host had us move to new servers a week ago. All seemed to be working fine the last several days, but maybe they did something on their end. I can't tell - maybe you can. Maybe it's your licensing check as the IP address of the original license was on the old, now defunct, server. The new IP is in the attached and perhaps you need to transfer that license. The root domain under which we bought the license - outofchaos.net - was transferred and is on that new server with the new IP as well.

I've added a debug message to the admin login. It appears your server has a database issue. I think if you give that error to your hosting administrator they should be able to look into it for you. It doesn't appear to be a problem with the code itself unless your database ip address itself is wrong.

Thank you. I opened a ticket with the host on this.

The host made a fix and the Gallery Admin form appears, but the login doesn't work and there are new error messages on that page - URL below. Does this still look like a server issue? Please let me know what you think. Thank you

It still isn't able to connect to the database. Now it is getting to the database server, but the server is rejecting the username and password you have set.

I've been round the bend with the Host and by process of elimination, it looks like it's not them but something in the Gallery or Gallery connection itself. I say this because the PowerCMS and SQL connections are working fine. The Gallery Connection was working fine until 2 days ago and it just stopped. Not sure whythe PowerCMS and SQL connections would work and not the Gallery. That makes it look like it's not a server side issue. I've attached a file with the code of the Gallery Connections file(not working) and the SQL and PCMSConnections (working) for comparison. Since we did move to a new server with new IPs on 1/19, still wondering if it's licensing related.
please have a look. Thank you

It looks like the entire site is down now. I can't get to any page on that domain at the moment.

Yes - we had a long outage (ouch), but it is back up now. So if you could have a look at this PowerGallery connection issue, I'd appreciate it. As you see above, the other SQL connections work, but the Gallery one doesn't for some reason. URLs and FTP info above. Thank you.

Now I can't seem to connect to the FTP server to look at the files. I'd compare the powergallery connection file to the working one that connects to the same database. There has to be a difference since the connection is failing in one and not the other.

FTP is back up - Creds and path are below so you can compare the connection files when you are able.
Thank you
