CSV Import

Hello,
I have a condition where we have three linked tables and want to Insert and Update if the record already exists.

Is there anything available to assist on this level?

It seems I can do this via DMXzone extensions but I am much more familiar with WebAssist and I like the generated code rather than the javascript from DMX.

Anyone achieve this goal and have links to a tutorial etc?

The eCart server behavior for Store Cart Summary in database will do this. It should work for both MySQL and MySQLi connections.

Steve,

I have used a library called PHPExcel to do this, you can download it here: https://github.com/PHPOffice/PHPExcel

Stack Overflow has lots of info on how to achieve this http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/phpexcel

There is a function in php that will read a csv file into an array: fgetcsv()

It is relatively easy to upload a file and then read its content directly using that function.
