I am getting an error on the database connection screen of the install

I am getting an error when attempting to install Powerstore. I have tried local host, the domain name of the website and the server name and none seem to work.
I have also verified the database name, database user and database password.

Can you give me access to your hosting control panel to confirm the settings? Is it possible it is running php7 and doesn't support standard mysql connections?

I don't think so as my other powerstore sites are working - ? I think it is a server permission issue - I have the hosting company looking into it and we got passed that issue with them entering the database connection info but now I get this error at the next step where I enter the log in ino- /install/logininfo.php

It may be another permissions problem... Maybe it wasn't able to create the database structure in the previous step.
