validating and retaining datepicker value

Hey Ray

Have a datepicker on an insert page and trying to retain the value if other elements fail validation.

This one starts with a blank datepicker field but once selected retains the selected date

<?php echo(ValidatedField("contentinsert","NextCare")) ?>

This one shows todays date on page load but if the date is changed to something else it reverts back to todays date

<?php echo((isset($_GET["invalid"])?ValidatedField("contentinsert","NextCare"):date("d-m-Y")).""); ?>

Ideally I am trying to get the latter to work and retain the selected date

Cheers

Jamie

Are you adding ?invalid=1 to the failure url when it fails validation?

You might just try:

php:
<?php echo((ValidatedField("contentinsert","NextCare")?ValidatedField("contentinsert","NextCare"):date("d-m-Y"))); ?>

Please post a single issue to a single thread. I'm now replying to you on this issue for the third time and it makes the process much less efficient.
