Email is not sending, but redirect page is working - tried with multiple email addresses

Hi,

We are using universal email to send a contact form contents. The redirect is working, but no emails are coming through. I've tried this with multiple email addresses and the results are the same, no errors are shown either. I've attached the index file and the webassist files from the email folder.

I would need FTP access to the server to fully debug. Some servers need specific settings which I couldn't replicate locally.

I'm able to connect via ftp, but it appears that is a different site. Any changes I make to the pages don't show when I put them up.

It's definitely the right website - I just made a change and can see it on the web page - I added a period at the end of the text on the banner?

It looks like your server requires the "extra parameters" setting when sending emails. You can adjust it in the email object settings from the universal email server behavior.

Hi Ray,

I did receive some test emails through last night so it looks like it's working now. I will run some tests on it.

Hi Ray, I'm having the same problem, I configured Universal Email, I tried just adding mail addresses in the configuration and also using a recordset but none of them work. With a test form that gave me the support people from the hosting the mails are sent but it won't work with the Universal Email object.
