You need to add enctype="multipart/form-data" to the <form> tag in forms that upload files. That seems to be missing on your page.

Delete on Results doesn't work

That was it. Thanks.

The Delete on the Results page doesn't delete. And the Pop Up for deleting shows up at the top, so one has to scroll up to see it.

After I resolve this, I can present to client. Thanks for your help.

To fix the position of the delete, update /cmsadmin/cms_results.php:

.messageContainer { (line 11) change to position:fixed
.black_overlay { (line 98) change to position:fixed

The delete worked for me in my test.

The delete only works from the Details page, but not from the little trash can icon on the Results page.

I tried both Firefox and Chrome ? Is that where you tried it?

I tried it on the results page with firefox. Sorry to have deleted your content I didn't expect it to work.

What record are you trying to delete? I can try again.

No problem. I can put them back. You can add a test one and delete and see that deleting doesnt work on that particular page with the trash icon.

But it does work thru the detail page. Thanks!

Is it just that you don't see the popup because it is on the top and that is why you can't delete? Try making the CSS change I suggested above and see if that fixes it.

yes, I know the pop up is on top. I press delete....it goes thru cycle as if it will delete, but then the file is still there. No deletion from the Results page. It works from the Details page though. I need it to work on the Results page. (I did apply the css. It didn't change it, but I'm more concerned about the deleting working).

I see you mean the file deleting. I thought you meant the delete of the record itself didn't work. The FTP information you provided previously seems to take me to an empty directory. Please check and make sure I can view the files and I can investigate what is wrong.
