Free product not displaying in paypal receipt after processing thru ecart. store is thetotalcat.com Im offering free samples with orders. I added them like product but with no cost. On all steps thru my website the free samples show up but when paypal processes the order the free items are no longer listed in the reciept. What do I need to change. Need to see them in the buyers receipt in order to fill the order correctly. Thanks, Sam

Paypal will not process Free items. You would have to store in a local database. Paypal will not accept free items in their cart.

Use a local database to store and process orders... or charge them a penny.

Sorry this project was on hold just now getting back to. If I charge a penny, I need to some how restrict the number they can purchase to just 1. And I would need to set it up so that the free sample is one line item and within that they choose which sample they like and a max order of 1. How can I do that with webassist? Is it possible you can help me?

I think we should work this out in a premier support ticket. It may require some hand coding to pull off properly and is too complex to walk you through here.
