unexpected error building database connection

unexpected error building database connection

have tried several time to create database connection but it keeps failing when pressing select or test - unexpected error encountered

unable to identify cause, can you assist please
ideally like 2 dynamic connections

dump onsite definition attached

Since you are using your localhost as your testing server I can't really debug this. The connection is trying to go through your localhost. Is it possible your local server isn't running properly? Does the url work: http://localhost/websites/delta-bds-900/

An unexpected error usually means the testing server isn't running or the testing server url is wrong.

checked over db on local host ..tehy are,,ok

by process of elimination site files corrupt recovered ok now
