Checkout.php user input form doesn't display.

The checkout form was working, but now the form or button doesn't appear above the eCart confirmation. The page shows white space where the form should be.

I'd need FTP access to debug this. It could be a missing file or syntax error, but without live access it is too hard to find the issue.

It looks like you ran the checkout wizard without a payment option. That will cause it to create a checkout process without asking for credit card information. What payment gateway are you trying to use? Your page says "Request a Quote", which would usually imply that you aren't actually making payment.

What exactly do you feel like is missing?

That's correct, I'm using the eCart as a quote request. No payments are needed, but do need the contact information. Received the test email receipt.

What contact information isn't working and where? It seemed to work for me. Please be specific about what is missing so I can investigate it further.
