customize email body with variables (from forms and recordsets)?

Hi all,
is there a simple way to customize the email body?
I don't want the default format (form field: content field) but I need to customize it a lot.
I would like to use the hatml code and add variables (coming from form or recordsets) by hand.
Is there a way to do this?
What is the right syntax to integrate dynamic content in email body?
What do I need to do to create such an email:

Dear {title} {last_name} {fist_name},
here is the data you sent:
Date of birth: {birth_date}
...
Have a good day.
The staff.

never mind.
I found that Unchecking the "use email body from file" it will allow you to create it from scratch or use DW dynamic data.

You should be able to do that with the email body file as well if you wanted to... you just need to declare some global variables on the top of the page if you want to refer to them. However your solution is adequate as well if it works for you.
