No redirect to confirm.php page; 'no items in cart' on confirm_cart.php page

No confirm.php page; 'no items in cart' on confirm_cart.php page

When I click submit after entering the Customer Information, there's no 'Complete Order' step (confirm.php doesn't load). It loads the confirm_cart.php page and sends an email receipt. There's also a 'no items in cart' at the bottom of the confirm_cart.php page, which empties all the products from the session.

All the pages exist and can be viewed live.

You had updated the confirm.php page and changed the email trigger. I reverted back to the earlier version I had saved locally and it is working again.

I just went through the entire purchase process and it all worked for me. Is this on your live site or local that you are having the problem? Please provide more precise steps to reproduce the problem and I can look into it further. I can't fix an issue that I can't see.

The memory pool error seems like a server configuration issue. You would probably have to update your php.ini file to fix the problem like:

apc.shm_size = 64M

The shm_size value must be too small on your server.

Seems to be working now. Will explore the memory pool further.

Thanks.
