triggering email AND inserrting record

I know i've asked something similar once before but hopefully you can point me at a quick fix.
habve a page that i want to insert a form into database AND send an email with contents.
tried the behaviours both ways round, but the page doesnt do the functions or redirect to enquirythanks.php, just loads itself again and sticks.

any ideas from the files atached?

The blank line on line 37 would prevent the redirect from working.

Any other blank lines potentially in one of the include files? I'd need FTP access and a URL to reproduce at this point to find the issue.

You hadn't uploaded webassist/email/templates/Blank_15.php and it was specified as the email body. I created a copy of the _14 version and uploaded it and the page now redirects.

thanks, dont know how that happened as i loaded the whole Webassist folder at least twice.
