Correct dynamic image won't show up in eCart; eCart weight is a number - not text

Correct dynamic image won't show up in eCart; eCart weight is a number - not text

Can't seem to pass a dynamic image from a Results page to the eCart.

Also, eCart weight needs to show as 2.5 Gallons (or other) rather than a number.

File attached.

Weight is a special column that is used for shipping calculations, so it is required to be just a number. If you want a text weight column I'd suggest adding it as another text column to the cart object, maybe named "size", and then it will allow you to put in anything you want.

Is the image getting inserted into the cart properly? If you view the source does it look like the image path you would expect? I can't tell by looking at your file if the problem is actually on the add to cart page and it doesn't store the image correctly, or if the problem is on the view cart page and the image path is wrong, but it would be one or the other. Try just displaying the name of the image in the cart to see if it was saved correctly in the first place.

Tried adding a size column in the eCart Object, but getting several errors.

Once you add the column you need to reset your browser session (close and open your browser).

You would have to also re-apply any add to cart server behaviors to make sure you are setting a value for that column.

Here's where we are after relaunching browser and dragging over new binding. File attached:

I'll need to look at the files referenced in the errors:
Prod_results.php

It looks like that page has an add to cart server behavior that needs to be re-applied.

You need to reapply the add to cart from recordset server behavior on this page to specify a value for the new column you have added.

That eliminated all but one of the error messages. Page still won't load because of the following error, which happens every time locally, but sporadically live:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/website.com/Connections/ProductsDb.php:25) in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/webiste.com/Prod_results.php on line 212

I'll need to take a look at the file referenced in the error:
/Connections/ProductsDb.php

Actually I realized I have your ftp information... I looked at the file and that error is from a failure to connect to the database. Are you sure your local connection information is correct? There should be a connection error as well that is displayed, but the problem would appear to be with the database name, username, or password for your local connection.
