Date fields not showing in data bindings + not written to database on insert

Hello Webassist,

When building an insert page with mysqli behaviors the date fields are not shown in the data bindings... After manually adding the right field names they also do not get stored in the database on insert...

The fields have Type: Date set in the database and the insert code is attached in the attachment...

Hope you can help me get this working properly...

Form fields are submitted based on their name attribute. Just add a name to those form elements and they will show up in the bindings. Without the name attribute they aren't getting submitted properly so they can't be saved in the database.
