Check out form shows required when is in the United States but not in other country.

Hello Ray. I have a question. Why checkout form shows the asterisk when I select the United States that means it's required but when I select other countries it looks like not required but still asking for complete the input field? I like required for the United States but I want that when I select other countries not ask por validation. Could you please tell me how to fix that?

The issue is probably in the server validation on the confirm_cart.php page... If you send me a copy of that page I can show you where to update it.
